Breakfast Smoothie
Got a kid who’s not keen on breakfast? Try this breakfast smoothie instead!
Its got plenty of protein, carbohydrate, fibre and calcium to give your little one (or big one) a great start to the day, without them actually having to ‘eat’ breakfast!

Makes: 2 small serves

Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup milk (full fat is recommended up to 2 years of age)
1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 Weetbix (optional)
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
2. Divide between two cups
